If
you're a property owner in the CID, you should be receiving your bill from the
County Collector this week. It looks a little different than the old SBD bill,
so we just wanted to give everyone a quick explanation.
First
of all, it's the same assessment as before. We simply transferred it from the
SBD to the CID after the CID petition was approved. You'll notice that the SBD
assessment has been set at
0.
Secondly,
you should receive the CID bill on a separate page (a nice lavender color, to be
exact). This has more to do with internal bookkeeping by the County, rather than
with any substantial change.
Like
before, you need to remit your payments to the Boone County
Collector.
