Presenter:

Adam J. Kliethermes earned a Masters of Accounting from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2006, earned a JurisDoctorate from the University of Missouri Columbia in 2009, and passed the Missouri Bar in July 2009. Adam has worked with Cripps & Simmons, L.L.C. since 2007. In addition to his experience in Tax Accounting, Adam focuses on working with a wide variety of small business owners to help them better understand the opportunities available to them, and the responsibilities they have. His practice areas include: Agribusiness, Farm Law, Farm Rental Agreements, Landlord Tenant, Real Estate, Health Care Law, Construction Contracts, Administrative Appeals, and Veterans Benefits. Adam is a member of the Sunrise Southwest Rotary Club, a member of the Chamber of Commerce Emerging Professionals in Columbia Executive Committee, and a member of the Downtown Optimist Club.
