Alert - Counterfeit $100 Bills

Commerce Bank has just let us know that someone is attempting to use counterfeit $100 bills at local businesses. The $100 bills are made by bleaching $1 bills and then transferring a scanned photo of a $100 bill onto the paper.

How to tell if these $100 bills are counterfeit? The "100" in the top corner is a hologram so if you hold the bill at an angle, it should change color when you tilt the bill back and forth.
