Stephens College is having a parade on Friday, October 30 at 9:00 am to celebrate the inauguration of their new president, Dianne Lynch. The parade route is: Walnut (from College to Short), Broadway (from Short to Ripley), Ripley (from Broadway to Walnut) and Walnut (from Ripley back to College).
This shouldn't directly affect businesses but you may want to alert staff and customers that entering The District from the east may be a little difficult during the 9:00 hour.
