1. Roots 'n Blues Street Closure Request
This report was postponed from the last Council meeting but will be addressed tonight. Again, this is a report and will be addressed at the end of the meeting. There is no public comment section for reports but there is a general public comment section at the end of the meeting. A public hearing will be held on July 20 when the Council reviews the entire festival plan, rather than just the street closure request.
Two things of note: there is a revised timeline for the festival approval process and a new downtown business outreach plan. The festival organizers are putting together a significant outreach plan to help include and promote District businesses. We will keep you posted on this.

2. TIF Projects
Introduction and first read. The public hearing on both the Tiger Hotel and the 10th & Locust Project will be held on July 20. Again, there will be a general public comment time at the very end of the meeting.
